Well we are just a little more than half way through January 2012 and it seems our sewer repair contractors are off to an awesome start. We have more contractors signing up and sewer reline repair jobs than we thought we’d have. So this, by all accounts, tells us 2012 is going to be a banner year.
When we decided to really push our contractors on the benefits of organizing their businesses and really got involved in streamlining the communication process between customer and pipe reline contractor that’s when we noticed a higher close ratio. This is not a fluke or by accident when you take your customers seriously and invest time and money into the presentation of your brand, the positive results are inevitable. This should not come as a surprise or shock to anyone, its just finding the time to invest in yourself and your company.
The C.I.P.P contractors who strive for the large commercial deals are always thinking ahead and for the most part have mastered the art of self representation. I mean how are you going to get that $150,000 deal if you don’t bring your A game?
2012 is still young and new, start tomorrow and commit to examining your company and begin strategies that will improve your presence in the marketplace.
