Today, I thought I would write about what happens here on a daily basis. We never know what type of phone calls we receive for trenchless sewer relining. The calls start very early and last all day long, everything from hydro jetting service to directional boring.
Today a call came in from a gentleman in Minnesota and he was renovating an entire trailer park. He has over 125 lots and the sewer main needs to be completely relined or use trenchless pipeburstingmethod. Needless to say, my plumber who took the call was very happy and jumped right on it! Who could blame him that’s a great lead.
We had a camera job that came in from Chicago and it turns out it’s for a commercial building at 50,000 square feet. Obviously, anyone who offers camera work would love to get a great quality lead like this one.
In Ohio, we had a project manager call in to schedule a job walk at a local Wal-Mart because they need to reline the entire main line. My plumber in Ohio literally stopped everything and went straight there.
These are only a few of the types of calls we get on a daily basis, however, don’t think for one minute they are all this great. Today we got a call from a contractor who wanted to reline a restaurant in San Jose, however, when my plumber got there he discovered the contractor broke his snake off in the “Y” and never really needed it lined…
