Because in over 35% of the time it can lead to new business. Another survey we took showed us that 100% of our Sewer repair contractors liked new business. Wow, imagine that.
Do you know that proper customer follow up, whether you do it in house or have a third party do it will grow your brand and build your company? Why would you not do it?, I mean you already landed the customer, so now, follow up with a customer satisfaction survey and maximize your customer. More over, we are talking about a highly specialized field of trenchless pipe relining so you must build a brand or a “staying” presence in the market place.
A person once told us, “Don’t tell me about what is working properly, I don’t give a shit about that, I only want to hear about what is NOT working properly”. This should be your thought process too, cause fixing what is not working will keep you in business for a very long time in the trenchless sewer pipe relining industry.
